Overview
Before 'Your Personal Style Solutions' program, it took years of experience before an image consultant could quickly and accurately assess a client's body, age, needs, desires and lifestyle and then transfer the information into which garment and accessory elements would suit them best.
Even when a consultant has the skill to do this, most clients can only handle a small amount of information at any one time. The most an image consultant can generally do is to give the client general style guidelines or style information for a specific function or lifestyle need.
'Your Personal Style Solutions' program has been created to solve the dilemmas of not having enough experience to be able to help a client in the way you would like, and increasing the information given during a consultation to ensure the long-term value of the consultation.
Women's Style
In May 2009 and in association with BlueFly.com Image Innovators/The Australian Image Company launched their most comprehensive and up-to-date style program yet. This program covers every major garment element and accessory a female can place on their body. In addition it recommends their best coordination strategies for colour, pattern and texture and includes a personal style questionnaire. In fact, there is no other style program that comes close.
When a style program is complete it consists of; a full colour 86 page Style Guide and a flat file with a matching cover that contains their printed personal recommendations.
The hard copy image resources sold by IIPL/TAIC are only available to image consultants who have been formerly trained or have been working full time in the field of image or styling for at least 5 years.

Men's Style
At this time the men's portfolio is a high quality black and white illustrated program. It is expected that it will be updated with full colour photographs by early 2011.
Assessment and Creation of a Portfolio
 Assessing and measuring a client is simple and should take no longer than 7-10 minutes. Inputting the data into your online merchant website and creating a portfolio takes about 5 minutes.
After you have measured and assessed a client and inputted the information into your private merchant website, the 'Your Personal Style Solutions' program will create a .pdf for you to print for the client. These pages are placed in flat file that has a matching cover to the Style Guide. The .pdf contains 36-45 pages of personalised information for the client from and relates to all the style and accessory photos in the accompanying Style Guide.
During the consultation you need only go through the most important pages in the style program and then follow through by addressing the reason the client came to see you. Each client happily devours all the information when they get home because 'nothing is more interesting than a book written about them!'
In creating the style program two things are important to keep in mind:
- The program is computer assisted and you have the ability to over ride some information as you see fit and,
- 'Your Personal Style Solutions' is a 'style' program, not a 'fashion' program. This means that the photos it contains are current, but not necessarily 'to-the-minute'. The point of the program is to show clients what style elements suit them best via 'current' but not 'to-the-minute' fashion photos.
After the client has left your studio their portfolio will be saved on your private website for your future reference.
